, for examples of topics that made the final cut.
To submit a talk, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include the following:
Your name, company, twitter handle, brief bio, and a headshot.
For example bios, see last year's speakers page.
A brief abstract of your talk (that if accepted) will be posted online.
For example abstracts, see last year's talks page.
Length of your talk.
The two options are: 25 minutes, or 50 minutes.
An outline of your talk.
This is important, so make sure it's detailed enough to convey the awesomeness of your talk!
This CFP closes on March 31st (midnight HST).
Besides joining the elite group of OBTS speakers, we're also planning various speaker events and perks for the conference!
As we do not charge a conference fee for attendees, unfortunately at this time, we are unable to cover speaker's travel or lodging costs.
However, if you company is able to cover such costs, they will be recognized as a "Speaker Sponsor". Such sponsorship includes recognition (company name & logo) on the conference's website, and acknowledgment at the conference:
If you have an amazing talk submission, but would not be able to attend the conference due to financial reasons, please let us know. We'll figure something out :)
